Automatic font fall-back![]() If the specified or default font cannot display certain characters in the document, one or more fall-back fonts are automatically determined, i.e. PDFreactor will search the available fall-back fonts until one is found containing the glyph and will use that font for rendering the missing character. A list of preferred fall-back fonts can be specified via CSS or the API. UnicodePDFreactor supports a wide range of languages and writing systems such as Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese and Cyrillic. More precisely, PDFreactor can render any Unicode character including non-Latin characters and symbols. BiDi (Bi-Directional) layoutCombine content using various writing systems in the same document with ease. Use both RTL (right-to-left) and LTR (left-to-right) text and benefit from automatic Arabic shaping. Numbering systemsTake advantage of page numbers and numerations in your numbering system or alphabet, e.g. Chinese, Japanese (both formal and informal), Greek, Roman. |
