Use-Case Samples Designs by Example A compilation of examples that demonstrate some rendering capabilities of PDFreactor and how they can be utilized.  Data Sheet Shows how the actual PDFreactor data sheet is created from HTML and CSS3.  Press Release This sample shows a press release in the HTML format with a print-specific CSS layout.  Corporate Invoice Demonstrates how business documents can be created using HTML and CSS. Additionally, XSLT is used to populate the document from an XML source and to perform calculations. This invoice also includes dynamically added subtotals.  Magazine Article Shows how to create a magazine article layout using Multi-Column layout, SVG images, PDF page boxes and printer marks. It uses CMYK colors only.  Architecture of the World Wide Web This complex document presents a CSS designed to display W3C documents compliant to W3C's XHTML 1.0 Strict DTD Transitional DTD. It also demonstrates the differences of left and right oriented pages using page:left and page:right selectors. Please note also the changing margins and text alignment of the page headers and footers. This document is best viewed in the double page mode. The output can easily be converted into PDF using RealObjects PDFreactor.  W-8BEN Form The official W-8BEN form is used by foreign entities to certify their US tax withholding status. This document demonstrates how a fine-tuned CSS and W3C's XHTML 1.0 Transitional DTD can be used to display complex forms. 
PDFreactor Manual DocBook is a common Schema/DTD maintained by the DocBook Technical Committee of OASIS. It is particularly well suited to books and papers about computer hardware and software, though it is by no means limited to these applications. This is an example of how a CSS (written by RealObjects) suites DocBook based materials. |
