The 1 Year Support & Maintenance subscription entitles you to receive priority technical support and all maintenance releases or updates or upgrades for the duration of the support period. It is optional for year 2 and beyond. You can renew the 1 Year Support & Maintenance until the end of the subscription period. The cost of renewing is 30% of the software license fee on the renewal date.

With the upgrade to edit-on Pro 5, the customer may no longer use edit-on Pro 2.x/3.x/4.x. The edit-on Pro 2.x/3.x/4.x license and the right to use it terminates by upgrading to edit-on Pro 5. The customer declares and warrants that he/she has entirely removed the edit-on Pro 2.x/3.x/4.x software previously licensed to them for use under the terms of the Software License Agreement. RealObjects will not provide further support, or process changes of license keys (e.g. add/remove server names and IPs) for an edit-on Pro 2.x/3.x/4.x license already upgraded to edit-on Pro 5. It is not possible to downgrade again to edit-on Pro 2.x/3.x/4.x.

RealObjects reserves all rights to change the pricing and licensing terms for its products and services at any time. This pricelist is valid from June 1, 2010 and supersedes all other pricelists issued/published prior to this date. All prices are in EUR (€) and USD ($) and are excluded VAT. European Union (EU) residents pay an additional 19% VAT, if a valid European VAT ID number is not provided.

Educational Institutions, such as schools, colleges, universities etc., will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount.

Additional license packs for the CPU License (1 CPU) can be bought at the same price as shown above.

Note for US buyers:

• An IRS Form W-8BEN will be provided upon request. Please contact support@realobjects.com
• If you prefer, you may source our products from major US-based software resellers like Dell/ASAP, SHI - Software House International, Insight or CompuCom.
• We handle all our global sales and support services centrally from Germany. We have English speaking staff for both e-mail and phone communication. Hundreds of corporate and institutional customers in the US have purchased successfully from us directly over the last 10 years.
• Government organizations: RealObjects is registered in CCR and ORCA, D&B DUNS number: 329656800, CCR CAGE/NCAGE code: DJ910. We are not currently a GSA vendor. If you are ordering on behalf of a government organization our government based customers have been very pleased working with GSA certified resellers such as Dell/ASAP, SHI or Insight.
• We do accept payment by wire transfer or check.
