Most browsers will cache the edit-on Pro applet like other resources, i.e. HTML pages, images etc. However, the caching will depend on your browser and the browser cache settings. The applet caching mechanism for the Micrsosoft Java Virtual Machine and Sun JRE is described in the edit-on Pro integration manual chapter "Applet Caching Mechanism".

Please note: the caching mechanism for Sun JRE must not be used on Mac OS X.
