Saarbrücken/Berlin Today RealObjects, the leader in platform-independent online editing solutions based on Java 1.1, announced the signing of an OEM agreement with Infopark AG, a technological leader in the area of enterprise content management software. Under the terms of the agreement, Infopark will integrate RealObjects edit-on Pro within its NPS content management software, providing enhanced browser-based Web authoring capabilities to NPS users.

The edit-on Pro on-line editor as a Java applet, provides familiar WYSIWYG editing/formatting capabilities, across platforms, without installation of client-side software. Like most current word processors, edit-on Pro also features a `spell-check´ option with dictionaries in five different commonly-spoken languages: American/British English, German, French and Spanish. It further provides flexible editing of simple HTML tables; not only can the user insert tables on the fly, but may also modify existing table structures by adding, deleting or formatting table cells, rows or columns.
