Actually no, as a VAR you are only allowed to install the edit-on Pro installation/evaluation package together with a trial license key within the test/evaluation environments of prospective end-users of your application/system. To a certain extend you can of course distribute edit-on Pro installation/evaluation packages to third parties, but only in quantities which are reasonably expected to stimulate sales while not damaging any interest of RealObjects, e.g. you are not allowed to offer the edit-on Pro installation/evaluation package and trial license key for anonymous download within your website.
