The 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack entitles you to receive priority technical support and all maintenance releases or updates or upgrades for the duration of the support period. It is available at the time of purchase of a license or upgrade at the cost of 20% of the software license fee. You can renew the 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack until the end of the subscription period. The cost of renewing is 20% of the software license fee on the renewal date.

RealObjects reserves all rights to change the pricing and licensing terms for its products and services at any time. With the issuing of this pricelist all preceding pricelists are no longer valid. All prices are in EUR (€) or USD ($) and are excluded VAT.

European Union (EU) residents pay an additional 19% VAT, if a valid European VAT ID number is not provided.

Educational Institutions, such as schools, colleges, universities etc., will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount.
