As mentioned in the edit-on Pro licensing terms, the Enterprise Site License is valid for only one organization/company/fim (= licensee). So, the users/authors must belong to the organization/company/fimr for which edit-on-Pro is licensed, including the organization/company/firm's employees, field workers, sales force, etc.
