You could of course purchase twenty five Seat License Packs (10 Named User). However, with the  200-User Seat License (= twenty 10-User Seat License Packs), there is a breakeven with the Enterprise Site License at 5.500,00 EUR respectively 5.980,00 USD. Based on the overall extent of your system hardware, the CPU License might also be a good choice.
