Generally the names of test and development servers can be included in the license key file free-of-charge, but only as long as they are used to develop and test the integration of edit-on Pro into your application, and not for the creation or development of content.

If your development or test server is used productively, e.g. if you insert data on your development or test server first, then just update your live server, the development or test server has to be separately licensed. Within the "Purchasing Wizard" you will find special fields which allow you to indicate the server names for production as well as test/development servers.
