2.9 Why does the PDFreactor webservice not run properly on my Debian server?

There's a known issue when installing the SUN JRE manually directly from their website - certain needed classes aren't found.

Reinstalling the JRE following the instructions at https://jdk-distros.dev.java.net/debian.html should solve this problem.
