The 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack is available at the time of purchase of a license or upgrade at the cost of 20% of the software license fee. You can renew the 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack until the end of the subscription period. The cost of renewing is 20% of the software license fee on the renewal date.

Technical support only covers issues or questions resulting directly out of the operation of our software solutions.

If you would like to make a feature suggestion for a future version of RealObjects products or if you wish to send us any other general feedback, please use the contact form instead.

We provide free technical support for all customers only for 30 days after the date of purchase!

If you wish to receive priority technical support beyond that date and receive software updates throughout the year, you need to purchase a 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack for your software, which entitles you to these and other benefits.

PLEASE NOTE: The description of the services within this section only represents an overview of the benefits of our 1-Year Support & Maintenance Pack. For an exact definition of the terms and of the actual services included, please refer to Article "SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE" in the related Software License Agreement. The word "Pack", as it is used on this site does not refer to a physical product package, but is defined as a bundle of services which are sold together as a unit.
